How to opt in

You opt in only by actively checking the optional SMS consent checkbox that appears on our website forms and on our connected lead advertisements. That checkbox is unchecked by default and is never required in order to submit a form. Submitting a form without checking it does not enroll you in text messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase

Agreeing to receive text messages is separate from, and not a condition of, purchasing a home or entering into any other agreement with us.

Message frequency varies based on your conversation with us. Message and data rates may apply.
