Do the homes have a fireplace?
A fireplace is not standard on any of the four plans, but it can be added as an upgrade. Amanda can price upgrades for the specific home and plan you are considering.
Are there HOA dues?
Yes. HOA dues are $300 per year. The community is covenant-protected, with sidewalks and street lights maintained throughout the neighborhood.
